13 people if you add-on the loft * 5 min walk from the beach.
This fantastic house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tarragona coast, in the seaside village of La Mora, at the foot of the magnificent golden sand beach.
The house is perfect for a large family, or 2 families combined, as it has spacious and comfortable rooms with sea views, several terraces, a private pool and outdoor dining areas.
Being distributed on several levels, it has an outdoor and indoor staircase that goes from the private garage with capacity for 3 cars to the last level where the barbecue area with a large outdoor terrace and dining table is located.
On the main floor of the house there is a spacious living-dining room with access to the beautiful terrace with sea view and to the pool, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your vacation and also has access to the terrace.
On the upper floor there are four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Some bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, in addition to ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Smart TV and WIFI.
The total capacity of the house is for 10 people.
*For families of 11 people or more, an independent loft, with kitchen and bathroom, with a capacity for 3 people is offered. This loft can also serve as accommodation for domestic staff.
If you are traveling with a person with reduced mobility in a wheelchair, the elevator is offered (upon your request).
The house is located just 150 m from La Mora beach. There are restaurants in front of the sea with Mediterranean, international or take away cuisine, as well as a bakery and small supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. In front of the house there is additional free parking, a basketball and a football court.

1. To comply with applicable citizen security regulations, this establishment requires online registration through its own channel, which can request a photo of an identity document and/or a selfie of a tourist. . Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to prevent its alteration, loss, circulation or unauthorized access.
2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€1000) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 20:00 to 19:00 metro. Departure time: 10:00.

Great pool with lounge chairs and shower. Big terrace with partly sea-view and removable sun-covers. Fully equipped kitchen. Fast internet. All bedrooms with fan, master with AC. Great barbeque area. Municipal outdoor sporting and children playground facilities very near.
