On the ground floor, at the entrance, there is a spacious hall that leads to the independent and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc.) and the living room with a large dining set, leather sofas, fireplace and television, then there is the third bathroom with shower and the spacious bedroom with three double beds, television and a toilet. From the bedroom, the kitchen and the living room you can access the covered furnished terrace and it has a built-in barbecue and a built-in oven to enjoy your meals outside overlooking the large pool that has a stone waterfall and is surrounded by a large garden with hammocks and a pond with a fountain.
