Charming villa with private garden in a pleasant family residence with green area and community pools, near the beautiful beaches and coves of Miami Playa.
Bright rental with capacity to accommodate 5 people .
Renovated house with modern decoration, it is divided into two floors. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and two windows that open onto a terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the views of the residence's garden and swimming pools, on this floor there is also a bathroom with a bidet and bathtub.
On the main floor there is a second bedroom with 2 single beds, the second bathroom with shower. The fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, etc.) and which opens onto the living-dining room furnished with a dining set, a comfortable sofa in front of a large flat-screen TV, and large windows with access to the beautiful terrace furnished with outdoor table, chairs and armchairs, two sun loungers, an electric awning, umbrellas and a built-in barbecue.
The terrace has a private door to access to the communal area of the residential with its swimming pools and gardens.
To extend the comfort, the house includes WiFi and a parking area within the residential. As an optional service to be requested in advance, bed linen (sheets and shower towels) is offered at €15/person.
The villa belongs to a small and charming family residence with about 20 semi-detached houses that share the communal area consisting of a large swimming pool with two spaces (adults and children) and the garden area with grass and trees.
The residential area of Casalot is quiet, ideal for families and located in the wooded heights of Miami Playa with a small supermarket-bar-restaurant "Papaya". About 3 km away is the tourist center of Miami Playa and its beaches and coves of fine sand (Cala dels Vienesos, Playa Penyals, Cala de les Sirenes or Cala del Solitari; and about 4 km from the long Playa Cristal) with all its amenities, shops and restaurants, as well as leisure activities for children and adults. To park on the beaches is free.
The most touristic cities such as Cambrils, Salou and La Pineda, as well as the parks of PortAventura-Ferrari Land, Costa Caribe or Aquopolis, are easily accessible by car and by bus.
Ideal villa near to the beaches, for families who are looking for peace, privacy and comfort.
