This cozy house is located at the highest point of the hill Valldemar, from the windows you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic views of the mountains and fields. Absolute tranquility for those who seek to relax and rest during the holidays.
The house is distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen with access to the garden by stairs. You can also access the garden by the ramp from the main access of the house.
The house does not have air conditioning, but thanks to its location on the hill, it is always cool and well ventilated even on the hottest days.
There is a private pool, terrace with table for outside dining and barbecue area.
The car is recommended to go to the beach, make the purchase or visit the area. In Valldemar urbanization there is a bar-bakery where you can buy the bread made, croissant for breakfast or order the paella to take away.
The beach and the entire infrastructure are 13 minutes away by car. Barcelona Airport is 48 km away, Port Aventura 56 km away

El perro del vecino de al lado no nos dejó relajarnos en nuestras vacaciones como queríamos ya que ladraba desde primera hora de la mañana hasta la tarde (hasta que llegaban los dueños), la pisckna fantástica pero el césped del jardín necesitaría un cambio. También necesita un cambio cuanto antes el plato de ducha, grifo... está en muy malas condiciones
