The house is situated 50 m2 from La Ardiaca beach. It's a big house finished in classic style. For the interior design of this villa they have been chosen noble wood materials that give a homey and cozy feel. The house have two floors. On the lower floor there is a large and bright living room, a semi-independent kitchen, fully equipped with attached office. From several points of the ground floor you have direct access to the garden. In the garden there is a private pool of new construction. In the front of the house there is a covered terrace with a nice outdoor furniture. The garden of the house have a beautiful setting of trees with natural grass.
