Description
If you travel with children or with elderly parents, then this villa is ideal for you. It is located on one floor, all bedrooms have direct access to the courtyard and to the pool.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a kitchen. Parking.
Near the pool there is a barbecue and a shaded terrace for relaxing.
The house is located in a quiet place, away from noise, but very near the beach and infrastructure: you will need a car to move around. The beach is about 10 min drive away, the same distance to the supermarket, weekly market and restaurants.
You can go to the beach in Cunit or Cubelles. The beautiful coastal town of Vilanova is 10 minutes away, Sitges is 15 minutes drive away, Barcelona is 40 minutes drive away.
The design of the house allows for natural ventilation, the house is ventilated and absolutely is not hot in the summer.
The house has internet.
