Enjoy this summer of this wonderful modern and spacious house with a large private patio and swimming pool located in the quiet urbanization of Calafell Park!
This house consists of a spacious living-dining room separated in several rooms, with direct access to the garden and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
On this same floor there are three bedrooms: the first one with a double bed, the second one with two single beds and the third one with a bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has an en-suite bathroom and a large dressing room. There is air conditioning in some bedrooms and in the living-dining room.
In the garden, apart from the magnificent swimming pool, there is also a large barbecue area with a table to enjoy outdoor meals.
This house is ideal for families with children, but it is highly recommended to have a car as it is located in the quiet urbanization of Calafell Park, 5 minutes by car from the centre of Calafell and the beach. This urbanisation stands out for its tranquillity all year round.

To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€500) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h. will have a supplement of €50.
