Ideal tenants: families
Cozy villa with private pool, terraces and large garden, ideally located near the wonderful beaches and sandy coves of Las Tres Calas in l'Ametlla de Mar.
Spacious and comfortable rental to accommodate up to 8 people.
The Villa is distributed over two floors, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with wardrobes and two single beds each, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and a third bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and a glass door with access to a pleasant furnished terrace with views towards the pool and the garden of the house.
On the main floor is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, an open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, etc.), the living-dining room with its respective dining set, a large chaise longue sofa and TV. From the kitchen and living room you can access two large covered terraces with views of the pool, the first is furnished with a large sofa, two armchairs, a pergola and on the side a space with a built-in barbecue and worktop; the second terrace has an outdoor dining set and a pergola. In front of the terraces there is a nice lawned garden and the beautiful private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and with an outside shower.
To increase comfort, privacy and security, the property is fully fenced and includes Wi-Fi and the possibility to park up to three vehicles.
As optional services (to be requested in advance and to be paid on arrival) are the air conditioning (one device on the firts floor between bedroom and living room, the other upstairs in the main bedroom) 50€/week, bedding and shower towels at 10€/person,.
The final cleaning is mandatory and the price is 100€ also to be paid on arrival.
The accommodatios is located in a quiet and familiar urbanization Las Tres Calas surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; and 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with petanque court, football field and children's playground.
At the entrance of the urbanization are all the services, shops and playgrounds.
Nearby, L’Ametlla de Mar offers a typical fishing port with a fish auction market, the city center has larger supermarkets and along its pretty promenade there are various shops and restaurants.
Recommended rental for families seeking the comfort of a private pool and proximity to beautiful beaches and coves.
Bedding and towels are not included.

Les terrasses extérieures sont très agréables...nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps.
L’intérieur est un peu petit , en particulier les salles de bains qui méritent d’être rénovées.
