Ideal tenants: families or couples.
House with a private garden within a family residence with green area and swimming pool, near the beautiful coves of the Las Tres Cales urbanization (L’Ametlla de Mar).
Nice and functional rental to accommodate up to 6 people.
The house is distribuited on two floors, on the first floor is the first bedroom with a double bed and access to a balcony with views of the green area of the residence, the second room with two single beds, then a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace solarium with a clothesline.
On the main floor there is the third suite-style bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. Then there is the American kitchen with appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, etc., the living room with an extendable dining set, sofa, flat screen TV and large windows that give access to a terrace with pergola, awning for the warmer hours and a dining set to enjoy your meals outside with views of the cute private garden that has a built-in barbecue, two sun loungers and then there is the gate that gives access to the community pool with its beautiful green area.
For better comfort, the rental includes Wi-Fi, DVD player, CD player, fans, exterior lights, 3 bicycles (1 adult and 2 children) stored in the garaje which is utilised as a storage room where the washing machine is also located. As optional services to be requested in advance it is offered the bedding and shower towels for 5 euros/person and the air conditioning (1 device at the living room and 1 device in each bedroom upstairs) at 50€/week. The property does not offer private parking, however it is easy to park on the street as there is no exit.
The house is part of a residential area of 20 semi-detached villas, with a large communal area surrounded by plants, flowers, olive trees and palm trees, as well as a beautiful pool with an island in the middle and a collective barbecue available.
The Las Tres Calas urbanization is quiet and familiar surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; and 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with petanque court, football field and children's playground.
At the entrance of the urbanization are all the services such as a shopping center, supermarket, cafes, restaurant with petanque courts and many play areas, pharmacy, etc.
Nearby, L’Ametlla de Mar offers a typical fishing port with a fish auction market, the city center has larger supermarkets and along its pretty promenade there are various shops and restaurants.
Recommended rental for families seeking the tranquility of a large private jardin, a beautiful and extend community area with pool and the proximity to beautiful beaches and coves.
