The house is distributed in four large bedrooms, two with double beds, another bedroom with two single beds and the fourth bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds), two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, a large open kitchen with complete equipment (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, etc.), the living room with its dining set, double sofa bed, television and windows to access the large covered terrace, furnished for outside meals and with views towards the pool. In the garden there is a covered outdoor kitchen with its built-in barbecue, countertops and sink, a shower, 4 sun loungers and the beautiful pool with Roman steps, secured with a protective barrier.

The property is fully fenced, the windows have security bars and mosquito nets, and to increase comfort the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning (device in the center of the house to cool all rooms) and a garage and a parking space.
As an optional service and to be requested in advance, there is bed linen (sheets and shower towels) for € 18 / person.

The house is located in the quiet and familiar urbanization of Las Tres Calas, surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with courts of petanque, football and children's playground.
At the entrance of the urbanization are all the services, shops, parks and small supermarkets.
Nearby, L’Ametlla de Mar offers a typical fishing port with a fish auction market, the city center has larger supermarkets and along its beautiful promenade there are various services, shops, restaurants, etc.

L’Ametlla de Mar has 16 kilometers of a unique coastline with 30 coves and beaches for all tastes, some with fine white sand, others with stones, surrounded by pine forests and crystal-clear waters. For lovers of nudism they have the “Cala Torrent del Pi" and for those who like to go to the beach with their pets they have “Cala Bon Caponet". Some of its beaches have accesses adapted for people with disabilities.
