Functional and well equipped rental to accommodate up to 5 people.
The rustic style house is distributed in three double bedrooms that have wardrobes, windows with mosquito nets and a door that opens to the covered terrace with pool views, one bedroom has a double bed, the second two single beds and the third a single bed.
Next to the bedrooms there is a room with shower and sink, and beside it is the toilet room with a sink.
The fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.) has a door with access to the garden that is located at the back of the villa and has a stone barbecue and a first outdoor dining set.
The living room distributed on two levels separated by small stairs, on the lower level is the living room with fireplace and on the upper level is the dining room whose windows give access to the beautiful covered terrace that is furnished with a second outdoor dining set with pool views and security gates that can be fully closed to ensure that children don’t go to the pool without adult supervision.
The 32 m² pool has a Roman staircase and ramp, is surrounded by a paved area with sun loungers, two umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, and it joins the beautiful garden of the villa.
The property is fully fenced, all the windows have security bars to leave them open with tranquility and to be able to refresh the house that is built entirely with stones and wooden beams, very well maintained with personalized decoration, quality furniture and a Mediterranean garden with large private spaces perfect as play and relaxation areas for children, youth and adults.
The different open spaces of the house offer very beautiful views of the private pool and the wooded and decorated garden that is located behind.
To increase comfort, the accommodation includes a Wi-Fi connection and a parking space for two cars inside the property whose entrance has a gate and wicket door.
As an optional service to be requested in advance, it offers bed linen (sheets and shower towels) at € 18 / person.
The house is located in the quiet and familiar urbanization of Las Tres Calas, surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with courts of petanque, football and children's playground.
