Description
New and modern townhouse is located on the hill with wonderful views of the sea and the mountains.
The house is distributed on three levels connected by stairs and has numerous terraces with views.
On the main floor there is a suite room with bathroom and a private terrace. A bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. Both with air conditionner.
Two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, are located on the upper floor. No Air cond on this floor. There is another large terrace-solarium with panoramic sea views on this floor.
On the ground floor is the living room with AC and access to a large furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom.
From the terrace there are some stairs that lead to the shared pool between 3 houses. There are two sunbeds for each house .
We recommend having a car for your comfort to move around the area. All services, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beach are less than 5 minutes away by car.
