Description
Looking for a relaxing environment for your holiday? Come and discover this charming house located in the municipality of Commequiers. You will appreciate its terrace with its barbecue and its shared swimming pool for the 3 properties heated and open from 13 May to 1 September.
Ideal for a family or friends' stay, this house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen leading into the living space is fully equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal. A table will allow you to share your meals indoors, and you can also enjoy the one installed on the terrace.
On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: has a double bed
Bedroom 2: has two bunk beds
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 2 additional people
A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal. You can park up to 2 vehicles in the external car park.
Important information:
** The two other houses can be rented simultaneously for a total of 17 beds. (hoomy10136- hoomy10137)
This furnished property is equipped with a wi-fi connection.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Animals are not accepted.
The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.

Commequiers is a lovely Vendée commune rich in its historical remains. You will have the opportunity to discover them through a small visit with the Vélorail: take a stroll along 10 kilometres of a former railway line and discover the pleasant surroundings of Commequiers. Ideally situated, you will be able to easily explore our lovely Vendée coast: you are 25 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Monts then 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile with its Gois crossing. Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez will also seduce you with its natural and preserved living environment: take advantage of it by strolling along the Corniche revealing a magnificent landscape or on the numerous cycle paths that await you!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.Il ne faut pas s'arrêter à l'aspect ""vieillot"" du logement parce qu'il bien équipé et confortable. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés dans piscine. L'endroit est très calme et agréable. C'est idéalement situesee more

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.Il ne faut pas s'arrêter à l'aspect ""vieillot"" du logement parce qu'il bien équipé et confortable. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés dans piscine. L'endroit est très calme et agréable. C'est idéalement situer pour visiter la Vendée.Nous n'avons pas pu faire du vélo rail parce qu'il n'y avait plus de place, je conseille de réserver avant de venir car ça avait l'air d'être un beau parcour à faire en famille.Je recommande ce logement pour ceux qui veulent se détendre et vivrexdes moments sympas en famille. |

A perfect and peaceful location, surrounded by fields of Corn, Sunflowers and Cows, where the only noises are those of Nature. The Gite is very well equipped, (if a little dated) and provides everything you could need, its spacious and has a great ousee more
A perfect and peaceful location, surrounded by fields of Corn, Sunflowers and Cows, where the only noises are those of Nature. The Gite is very well equipped, (if a little dated) and provides everything you could need, its spacious and has a great outside space too. The location is central for pretty much the whole of the Vendee, from St Jean Du Mont to La Sable , Supermarkets are plentiful , the beaches are beautiful, and many areas remain unspoilt by tourism. A perfect (very flat) cycling location, with a great road net work. The nearest Village ' Commequiers' is a five minute drive and has a small Super U supermarket, Food market stalls most days, a pharmacy, and a Boulangerie that is simply amazing ! This property is close to everything yet far enough away to make a very tranquil and relaxing holiday, we've had a lovely break :-)
