With its ten kilometers of fine sand beaches, border with dunes, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez offers the longest Atlantic facade of the Department of Vendée. Authentic seaside town, this flowery city (certified "Flower towns and villages" 3 Flowers) will know how to seduce you by its natural and protected living environment. The city have numerous sports equipment and leisure activities, in particular a brand new aquatic multiplex and three nautical stations. Although very dynamic and lively all the year, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez knew how to respond to abuses of tourist urbanization. With its 1500 hectares of plots of fresh water, its 300 hectares of ancestral salty swamps, and its 600 hectares of forest of maritime pines, it’s the perfect place for bike rides or on foot. Très belle maison, bien situé par rapport à la plage (attention quand même car dune a monter ds les 150 m de distance par rapport a la plage, pas facile avec un petit bébé), très fonctionelle.

Le prix semble excellent mais cache plein de surcouts car la maison et administrée par un service de conciergerie qui reclame des frais pour tout service (draps, torchons, etc) et aussi par exemple 80 euros de frais de menage et qui n'incluent pas lesee more
Le prix semble excellent mais cache plein de surcouts car la maison et administrée par un service de conciergerie qui reclame des frais pour tout service (draps, torchons, etc) et aussi par exemple 80 euros de frais de menage et qui n'incluent pas le netyoyage d'un coussin taché pour lequel on nous a reclamé encore des frais supplementaires. A notre arrivée on a constaté une odeur de pipi de chat dans la chambre des enfants, le comble pour une maison ""sans animaux"", odeur persistente jusq'au depart. On s'attendait en arrivant que la propreté soit imppecable a ce prix.

Super emplacement, calme, proximité des commerces (- 300m), maison super équipée (même une table de ping-pong ! ), terrain très agréable, aucun problème pour stationner un gros véhicule, parfaitement clos.
