Located between the Sea Avenue with all its shops and the Forest Avenue, the central artery of the resort, this lovely 110 m² house of recent construction in Saint-Jean-de-Monts which has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Facing south, it has a fenced garden, a 45 m² terrace with garden furniture, plancha and barbecue, Internet access via WiFi and two smart TVs (with access to digital programmes), an outdoor parking. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and ceramic hobs, a refrigerator and a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a filter coffee maker, a Magimix, a toaster and a kettle. A travel cot and a high chair are provided.
In the annexe rooms, you will also find a veranda, a back kitchen with a small refrigerator, a games room with TV, and a sheltered and closed bicycle storage. There is also an independent space, ideal if you wish to telework.
Located in an ideal area for families, all daily activities can be done on foot: shopping, beach, entertainment.

juste si un rideau opaque était installé dans les chambres du fond ce serait bien car un peu gênés par le lampadaire et le jour pour dormir mais c'est vraiment du détail

on a également trouvé que 185 € de frais de ménage c'était vraiment cher, l'année dernière pour une surface plus grande c'était 100 € qui en plus nous ont été offerts comme nous restions 3 semaines. Sinon les services de la conciergerie sont très bien et Rémy très sympathique. merci pour ces supers vacances. |

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé, très bien situé mais dans une rue calme (en tout cas au mois de mai). Nous étions 10 et c'était parfait. Il y a même des jeux et des livres pour les enfants. Les deux see more

Maison idéalement située à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et proche du centre ville. Tout était nickel à notre arrivée, la maison est idéale pour 6-8 personnes mais peu accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Super isolation, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de see more

Super isolation, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de chauffage alors que nous y étions début novembre. La pièce principale qui fait cuisine-salon est très agréable à vivre ! Attention toutefois pour ceux qui veulent télétravailler car le wifi ne fonctionne pas bien (il s'éteint régulièrement). |

L équipe Hoomy est une super équipe, très proche des voyageurs et réponses très rapides si besoin. Le maison est neuve et proches des commerces ainsi que de la plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, on peut tout faire à pied.
