    Located between the Sea Avenue with all its shops and the Forest Avenue, the central artery of the resort, this lovely 110 m² house of recent construction in Saint-Jean-de-Monts which has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Facing south, it has a fenced garden, a 45 m² terrace with garden furniture, plancha and barbecue, Internet access via WiFi and two smart TVs (with access to digital programmes), an outdoor parking. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and ceramic hobs, a refrigerator and a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a filter coffee maker, a Magimix, a toaster and a kettle. A travel cot and a high chair are provided.
    In the annexe rooms, you will also find a veranda, a back kitchen with a small refrigerator, a games room with TV, and a sheltered and closed bicycle storage. There is also an independent space, ideal if you wish to telework.
