Description
Stay in the Gulf of Morbihan and head to La Roche-Bernard, a characterful town located at the foot of the beautiful Vilaine. This charming villa for 4 to 6 people welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. It perfectly combines comfort and modernity. Along the water, you will find numerous water activities to enjoy: sailing, canoeing, stand-up paddling, electric boat rental and many others.
Welcoming fully equipped 145 m² house in La Roche-Bernard that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
It has 3 bedrooms: A large bedroom on the ground floor with a spacious wardrobe and a glass door leading to the terrace. A second with a double bed, accessible by the stairs (quite steep). As well as a final bedroom with a single bed and a small view over the Vilaine.
Architect-designed house from 2020, it has a large living room overlooking your fenced garden equipped with a gas hob.
Like the small dining room that offers you access to the patio, the fully equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hobs, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker...) promises you access to a terrace under a pergola and patio.
A car park with 2 spaces is available in front of the house, very useful for Thursday market days.
We recommend that you favour reversing, which will allow you to leave more easily. A bonus, the owners have provided an external charging point for electric vehicles. Finally, children will be able to enjoy a high-end basketball hoop, a football and racket games.
The table football shown in the photos is no longer in the property.
Located in an ideal area for families, the accommodation is situated at:

- 1 km from the "Carrefour Express" supermarket and the "Market de Nivillac" supermarket
