The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and induction hobs, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a toaster and a kettle. Located in an ideal area for families, the rental is located:

- 150 m from the sandy beach "Plage de la Baule"
- 2 km from Avenue du Général de Gaulle, the "Spar" supermarket and La Baule-Escoublac station

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement ainsi que la localisation à 100 m de la plage. Le quartier est très calme, mais la maison est juste derrière une barre d'immeuble. Petits commerces à proximité accessibles à pieds.

Kein Ausblick. Hinter dem Haus Blick auf Hochhausfassaden und Garagen. Garten vor dem Haus mit Blick auf die Straße. In dem minimalem separaten WC wurden Besen, Schrubber und Wischmop mit verstaut, dementsprechend roh es dort. Bettlaken, Handtücher msee more

Tres agréable séjour. Espace extérieur très agrable pour sui ne crzint detre vu de la rue. Cest gai cr il y a du passage principalement de pietons, mais cest très calme quand même.
