Also, enjoy your small enclosed courtyard, perfect for sweet summer evenings.
In front of your house, you will find a quiet environment to share good moments. Your children can have fun on the playground while you enjoy the petanque ground. Don’t forget your game equipment ! For the most athletic, prepare your best sports outfit to face you on the tennis court or on the Ping-Pong table. Wild match waiting for you !
The house is ideally located 15 minutes walking from La Parée beach and 20 minutes from the city center of Brétignolles where you find many trades, animations and leisure activities.
