Its open kitchen connected to the living area is perfectly equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, deep fryer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) so you can share good meals. Also enjoy your small enclosed courtyard, ideal during soft summer evenings.
Just opposite your house, you will find an ideal environment to share good moments. Your children can have fun at the playground while you enjoy the petanque court. Don't forget to bring your game equipment! For the more sporty, prepare your best sports outfit to challenge each other on the tennis court or ping-pong table. Exciting matches await you!
The house is ideally located 15 minutes walk from La Parée beach and 20 minutes from the town centre of Brétignolles where you will find numerous shops and leisure activities.
