Beautifully appointed and bright, this chalet opens its doors to you for a family or friends' holiday in Saint Hilaire de Riez. In a quiet and private estate, just a few metres from the indoor swimming pool and 5 minutes from the beach, this accommodation is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Take a seat on its large furnished terrace and let the sun tan your skin!
Chalet in a closed and secure residential complex of 40 m² welcoming, modern and air-conditioned in St Hilaire de Riez which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a garden with a veranda of 18 m², a terrace of 15 m² and its garden furniture. The accommodation is equipped with Internet access via WiFi and a television. You also have access to a heated communal swimming pool which is not supervised. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave and ceramic hob, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.

- The community swimming pool, covered and heated, is open all year round.
- For your convenience, you will have access to a private parking space near the accommodation. On the estate, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.
