Nicely fitted out and bright, this chalet opens its doors to you for holidays with family or friends in Saint Hilaire de Riez. In a calm and private estate, just a few metres from the indoor swimming pool and 5 minutes from the beach, this accommodation is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Take a seat on its large fitted terrace and let the sun bronze your skin!
Chalet in a closed and secure residence of 40 m², welcoming, modern and air-conditioned in St Hilaire de Riez which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a garden with a veranda of 18 m², a terrace of 15 m² and its garden furniture. The accommodation is equipped with WiFi internet access and a television. You also have access to an unattended heated collective swimming pool. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave and ceramic hob, a refrigerator and a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
For greater convenience, you will have a private parking space near the accommodation. On the site, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles – risk of general power outage. Charging points are available in the city.
Located in an ideal area for families and near the sea, the rental is located at:
