Je me permet de vous écrire pour vous faire part de mes impressions concernant le chalet que nous avons louer par votre intermédiaire. Dans un premier temps je dois dire que sa situation par rapport aux pistes est un vrai atout. Les vues dégagées sur la montagne sans vis-à-vis sont aussi appréciable malgré la proximité de la route. Il pourrait s'agire d un chalet de grand standing comme le laisse suggérer le prix . Malheureusement la promesse n est pas au rendez-vous. Le service de conciergerie ressemble plus à un accueil vite fait "remise de clefs ". J ai bien conscience que la période n'est pas la plus calme , mais je m'attendais à être reçu avec plus de professionnalisme. Les mots ont un sens et "conciergerie service " du non de la société me semble très mal choisi au vu du service proposé. Je ne serai que trop conseiller au propriétaire du chalet qui j'espère lira ce message de faire un point avec son prestataire. En tout premier l'état des lieux à l'arrivée est très expéditif. Les consignes succincte malgré nos monbreuses questions qui resterons sans réponse. Dans un deuxième temps nous constatons que la propreté générale du chalet laisse à désirer notamment dans la cuisine et particulièrement la vaisselle que nous sommes obligés de faire avant de passer à table. Concernant la literie, les alèses sur les matelas étaient dans un état inadmissible et inexistante pour les oreillers. Il serait aussi appréciable qu à ce prix les lits soit fait à l a |
