Spectacular apartment with an unbeatable location, next to Rambla Nova and Part Alta, in a very quiet pedestrian area with numerous services nearby.
With capacity for 6 people, distributed in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped independent kitchen and spacious living room with air conditioning. The bedrooms are interior and have fans.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. The dining room has a small balcony with views of the pedestrian street. There are numerous restaurants, shops in the proximity. A supermarket about 20m. Distance to the beach 5 min walking. The apartment does not have private parking, but next to it there is a large paid underground parking.
The car is not necessary, you can walk throughout the city. There is a train station about 500m and a bus station 800m from the apartment.
Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.
This is where most of the monuments declared by Unesco as World Heritage Sites are located. Tarraco is the capital of Hispania Citerior, which left us monuments with more than 2,000 years of history: walls, amphitheater, circus, theater, temple, etc. It is an area with a life of its own made up of small shops, bars and restaurants. However, Tarragona is a city that has not lost the charm of a small, quiet and pleasant city.

1. 2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€300) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 9:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Departure time: 10:00.
