Cozy apartment completely renovated, located a few meters from the beach. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Living room, open kitchen and fully equipped, furnished outdoor terrace to enjoy al fresco dining.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has easy access from the street. The dining room has air conditioning, but this is enough to cool the entire apartment.

The location of the apartment is excellent, as it is very close to all services: shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, several supermarkets. The train station is 400 meters away. No car needed.

Calafell is a coastal city that offers tourists an extensive leisure program for all ages: for children, it has amusement parks, inflatable parks on the beach, activities for children on the beach. For youth, there are several discos and music bars. And for everyone - a toga zone with the best shops, restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, Chinese, Italian, South American cuisine ... and for any budget.

The beaches with fine golden sand, with gentle access and adapted for the disabled. Sea water contains a large amount of iodine, which makes Calafell one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Costa Dorada.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€200) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
