The apartment is divided into two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, the first bedroom with a double bed and access to the first terrace equipped with two sun loungers, rolling and sliding shutters, and views of the pool. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (two single beds). The full bathroom with toilet, bidet, two sinks and a bathtub with sliding screens. Through the corridor you can go to the kitchen with fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.) with a hatch open to the living room which is furnished with a dining set, sofa, television and large windows that open onto the second covered terrace furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the clear view of Salou’s municipal park.

For greater comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning by ducts integrated and bedding (sheets and shower towels).

Located on the fourth floor with an elevator inside of a pleasant family residence with a communal pool, which is located in the tourist center of Salou, on Carlos Buigas Street, the main commercial and pedestrian artery of the coastal town.
This location has the advantage of the tranquility of a pedestrian street without traffic and having all kinds of amenities, services, shops and leisure activities nearby.

The residential building is 150 meters from the main beach of Salou Playa Llevant and its Jaume I promenade, lined with palm trees and light sources. The other beaches of Salou such as Playa Capellans, Cala Llenguadets and Playa Llarga are easily accessible through a beautiful pedestrian path called Camino de Ronda which offers beautiful walks and views.
All Salou beaches have showers, guards, beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds, play areas for young people and adults, water activities, etc.
The famous PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park is just a few minutes from the rental, as is an artisan market held throughout the summer in a wooded park (Masía Catalana) at the end of Avenida Carlos Buigas.
