Economic apartment with terrace and views to the swimming pool of the residence with its green areas and playground, close to Salou’s beach and promenade, and to PortAventura and FerrariLand amusement parks.
Functional rental to accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is distributed in a double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe and two single beds, a complete bathroom with a bathtub, an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.) with a bar with stools that opens to the living-dining room furnished with its dining set, double sofa bed, television and windows to access the covered terrace. This terrace is furnished with table, chairs, two loungers and it has views to the swimming pool of the residence.
The accommodation includes air conditioning (one device in the living room), bedding and shower towels, and illimited wifi connection.
The rental does not have parking, however there are free parking spaces around the residence.
Located inside a family residence with a large community swimming pool divided into a space for children and another for adults with small bridges and surrounded by a garden with palm trees and grass, play areas for children and outdoor showers.
The residence is situated about 5 minutes by walking from Llevant Beach and the Jaume I pedestrian and cyclist promenade, appreciated for its light sources and various activities for adults and children, restaurants, beach bars, lounge bars, playgrounds, shops, game rooms. , bus stops, supermarkets, etc. On foot you can also reach the municipal market and the nautical port.
A few minutes away is the PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park and on foot you can also visit the other seven beaches of Salou linked by a beautiful path, as well as go to the most festive center of the coastal city with its discos and pubs.

La résidence est à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Tout se fait à pied. L’appartement est agréable même si je trouve qu’il aurait besoin d’un coup de jeune. Le canapé particulièrement qu’il serait bon de changer, pas très confortable pour dorsee more
