Pleasant apartment with terrace in a beautiful family residence with swimming pool and children's play area, located in a quiet area near the center and beach of La Pineda.
Comfortable and functional rental to accommodate up to 6 people.
The beautiful apartment is divided into double bedrooms with wardrobes and access to the terrace, one with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, between them is a full bathroom with bidet and bathtub. On the other side, isolated by a door is the fully equipped an bright kitchen area (fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.) that opens to the living-dining room furnished with its dining set, double sofa bed, Venetian curtains and TV. The living room has large windows to access the covered terrace furnished with a table, chairs and two sun loungers to enjoy the views of the wooded park and side view of the swimming pool of the residence.
To increase comfort, the accommodation includes air conditioning through integrated ducts in all rooms, Wi-Fi, satellite with access to international channels, bedding (sheets and shower towels) and a parking space in the underground parking of the residence .
Located on the first floor with elevator inside a fairly small and quiet family residence, offering a beautiful maintained community area with grass, swimming pool, outdoor shower and a shaded playground for children with limited access for residents and secured with keys that are delivered with the rental keys.
The residence is in a quiet area just at the entrance of La Pineda, just 450 meters from its large sandy beach equipped with lifeguards, showers, beach bars, sun loungers, water activities, etc. The center of the coastal city is very close with all kinds of services, shops, restaurants, playgrounds, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, public transport, etc. At about 950 meters it is the Aquum Spa and the Aquopolis water park.
1.5 km from the residence are the beautiful coves of Cap Salou, Cala Crancs and Cala Font, which communicate with each other and with the other beaches of Salou by a pedestrian path "Camino de Ronda" that leads to the Jaume I Salou’s promenade.
About 4 km is the famous PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park and the tourist center of Salou.
