The apartment is distributed in two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, the other bedroom with two single beds, two modern bathrooms with shower (one with hydromassage and electric towel dryer), the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator with ice machine, osmosis unit for the treatment to drink water, ceramic hob, microwave-grill oven, etc.), a living-dining room with its dining set, conventional sofa and sofa bed, large TV and large windows to access to the beautiful terrace furnished with an outdoor dining set, ceiling fan and roller awning to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the sunsets.
The accommodation has electric shutters and services included such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, bed linen (sheets and shower towels) and parking.
Located on the fourth floor with elevator inside a family residential building that has a concierge, large well-kept gardens and outdoor showers.
The residence is located in the heart of Salou and 80 meters from Levante Beach and the Jaume I promenade known for its light sources, palm trees, playgrounds and where the bus station is located to move easily within Salou, go to the PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park , or to neighboring cities such as La Pineda, Cambrils, Reus, Tarragona, even with a connection to the Barcelona airport.
Also very close to the Mayor Street you can find supermarkets, various shops, services, bars and restaurants.
