Penthouse with terrace solarium, ideally located in a large holiday residence with swimming pools, green areas and play areas, in the heart of Salou and close to its main beaches.
Bright and comfortable rental with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is distribuited in two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and large windows to access the terrace, and the second bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds), between the bedrooms there is a full bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, and a sliding door that opens onto the open kitchen that has full equipment (dishwasher, large fridge - freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc.) and the living room with its dining set, double sofa bed, television and large windows to access the ample private terrace-solarium, which has a second dining set with a parasol, sun loungers, barbecue and views of Salou, the residence's swimming pools and in the distance you can see the PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park.
The accommodation is very well equipped, has security grills on the windows and to increase comfort includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning (a device in the living room). As optional services to request in advance are bedding and shower towels at € 10 / person and the possibility of a parking space in the residential complex for € 10 / day.
Located on the seventh floor (with a lift to the sixth floor) it has only four rooftop apartments with private access. Located in a holiday residence made up of four blocks that has concierges all year round, it has two beautiful swimming pools for adults and children, with a security door to access and a lifeguard, the opening season is only from 06/23 to 09/13. There is also a play area for children, large green areas, a basketball court.
Below the residence there are small shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The residential building is located in the heart of the tourist and lively area of Salou with all kinds of services, shops, discos, bars, pubs, restaurants, etc. About 450 meters away are the beaches: Playa Capellans and Playa Llarga; and about 800 meters there are Playa Llevant and its Jaume I promenade with its palm trees and beautiful light fountains. All beaches have showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds, water activities, etc.
The access to the center can be done through a beautiful pedestrian path called Camino de Ronda, or through the main shopping street Carlos Buigas with its extensive pedestrian area.
Apartment recommended to enjoy the proximity of the beaches and the tourist area of Salou, as well as the comfort of having swimming pools and play areas for children and adults in the residence.
