Ground floor apartment with large terrace, ideally located in a large holiday residence with swimming pools, green areas and play areas, in the heart of Salou and close to its main beaches.
Comfortably equipped rental with capacity to accommodate up 6 people.
The apartment is made up of two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with two single beds and the second with a bunk bed (two single beds). The full bathroom with bidet and bathtub. The equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.) and with a bar open to the living room with its dining set, double sofa bed, television, ceiling fan and large windows to access the 30 m² terrace, surrounded by hedges to give more privacy and protection, this terrace is furnished with sofas and outdoor dining set, sun loungers and parasol to enjoy your holidays outside.
To increase the comfort the accommodation includes Wi-Fi and bed linen (sheets and shower towels) As optional service to be requested in advance a parking space in the residential complex at € 12 / day.
The apartment is located on the first floor considered a ground floor because it is located on an uneven street, and inside a holiday residence made up of four blocks that has concierges all year round, it has two beautiful swimming pools for adults and children, with a security door to access and a lifeguard, the opening season is only from 06/23 to 09/13. There is also a play area for children, large green areas, a basketball court .
Below the residence there are small shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The residential building is located in the heart of the tourist and lively area of Salou with all kinds of services, shops, discos, bars, pubs, restaurants, etc. About 500 meters away are the beaches: Playa Capellans and Playa Llarga; and about 800 meters there are Playa Llevant and its Jaume I promenade with its palm trees and beautiful light fountains. All beaches have showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds, water activities, etc.
The access to the center can be done through a beautiful pedestrian path called Camino de Ronda, or through the main shopping street Carlos Buigas with its extensive pedestrian area.
Recommended apartment to enjoy the proximity of the beaches and the touristic area of Salou, as well as the comfort of having swimming pools and play areas for children and adults in the residence.
