Splendid penthouse with a private terrace of 200m2 fully furnished and with beautiful views of the sea, located on the promenade in front of the main beach of Salou.
Rental decorated in the Ibizan style, comfortable and bright with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
The penthouse is distributed in a bedroom with a double bed and a large window with access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower, a mezzanine floor accessible by a staircase with three single beds, the spacious living room with a double sofa bed, television, dining set and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. open to the living-dining room that has large windows with sliding doors that allow access to the large and totally private 200m2 terrace, without buildings around it, and furnished with sun loungers, in the sun or in the shade, a chill-out lounge next to a kitchen outside to enjoy your lunches or dinners under the moonlight, a double bed to sleep under the stars, a ping-pong table and an outside shower to cool off while you sunbathe.
To increase comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, satellite with international channels, air conditioning, fans, safety box. As an optional service, to be booked in advance, it is possible to rent a private parking located 200m away for 12€/day.
Located on the seventh and last floor with an elevator, this particular rental in Salou is located within a family residence, so rest hours and excesses of music or noise that may annoy the neighbors must be respected. Likewise, the residence has outdoor showers to rinse off when returning from the beach.
The residential building is located on the Jaume I pedestrian and cyclist promenade, appreciated for its light fountains and various activities for adults and children, restaurants, lounge bars, shops, game rooms, etc. And it is located in front of the Playa LLevant, a large beach of fine sand, with surveillance, showers, with parks and beach bars.

L'appartement est trop petit pour 6 personnes (chambre en mezzanine , il y a trop d'objets ce qui encombre inutilement l'appartement, à rafraîchir d'urgence !!
