A cosy and modern 65 m² apartment located in Nantes that has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The independent kitchen is equipped with gas hobs, a fridge freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press. The living room / dining area invites you to relax with its unobstructed view of the river! The two bedrooms are comfortable and have large storage spaces. Finally, the bathroom has a washing machine, a hairdryer and separate toilets. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture, internet access via wifi, a covered parking space and a satellite TV.
Located in the city centre and in an ideal area for families, the rental is in a dynamic neighbourhood. Nearby shops such as the "Intermarché EXPRESS" supermarket and the "Boulangerie Pains, Beurre et Chocolat" bakery are less than 5 minutes walk away. The SNCF train station is easily accessible thanks to the "Motte Rouge" tram stop located at the bottom of the building! Finally, the island of Versailles and the banks of the Erdre will be easily accessible on foot, allowing you to discover more of the Nantes streets.
If you stay for a few days or during a new stay, you can venture into exotic parks, with a Japanese feel on the island of Versailles, with a waterfall in the Extraordinary Garden at the bottom of the Sainte-Anne hill. Trams and bike-sharing services make all your travels easy. There are even boats to take to pass by the huge cranes that reflect the intense naval activity of the past before returning to the fishing village of Trentemoult.
Your arrival will be autonomous: you will simply need to collect your keys from a nearby hotel.

Perfect view over the city and the Erdre river from living room and balcony. Every room has a balcony, there is lots of light, we loved this. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was spacious.
