Its excellent location puts it just 20 metres from the sandy beach ‘Playa de Parque de Mont-roig’, 50 metres from the restaurant ‘Casa Pepita’ in Parque de Mont-roig, and 1 km from the town centre of Miami Playa. It is also 9 km from the town of Cambrils, 18 km from the famous Port Aventura amusement park, and 20 km from Reus airport. This environment makes it an ideal choice for families with children and for those looking to enjoy the sea.
The flat has several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, such as a lift, a large 15 m² terrace, a balcony and air conditioning in the living room. There is also a communal swimming pool and television. Wi-Fi internet access is available for a supplement.
