The 62m2 apartment is hidden in a traditional building in the center of Sables d'Olonne. 5 people (max. 4 adults) immediately feel at ease in this nicely renovated rental. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other room features a double sofa bed with a single bed in the mezzanine. An asset accessible from the master bedroom; a partially covered 15m2 terrace allows enjoying a plancha or BBQ without overlooking neighbors. The pleasant bathroom has an Italian shower. The spacious living area, carefully arranged, combines a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining space, and a living corner with a Chesterfield sofa and TV screen. From the living room, the view extends to the embankment and the Atlantic. The decor, sober yet personalized, adds a warm touch to the accommodation. Friendly, the apartment is recommended for both a family vacation stay and a getaway or seaside seminar.

Very enjoyable during summer holidays, you will quickly find the calm of nature in the unique atmosphere of the salt marshes or along the wooded dunes. Outdoor activities are available on water, by canoe or paddle, and on land, on foot or by bike. A drink on a terrace or seafood facing the setting sun will gently conclude your days.

Apparemment très bien situé sur le Remblai, il faut bien réfléchir pour le stationnement si on vient en voiture, mais le parking sous terrain des Atlantes et la navette pour le parking gratuit sont juste à côté. Nous n’avons manqué de rien pour lesee more
