Spacious two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace located in a pleasant family residence with swimming pools and playgrounds, very close to the beach and the center of La Pineda.
Very comfortable and functional rental to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is distributed in two double bedrooms each with a built-in wardrobe, the main bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, and the second bedroom with two single beds, between the rooms is the complete bathroom with shower and on the other side of the hallway is the independent kitchen fully equipped with appliances such as oven, large fridge, freezer, etc. At the end of the corridor and separated by a door is the bright living-dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, a dining set and a large window that gives access to the large covered and furnished terrace for meals or moments of relaxation with views of the swimming pools, the playground and the green areas of the residence.
To complete the comfort, this rental includes Wi-Fi connection, satellite to watch international channels, bedding and shower towels and a parking spot in the underground parking inside the residence. As an optional service, air conditioning (or heating depending on the season) with thermostat is offered through integrated ducts throughout the accommodation, the rate is 1 euro / kw consumed, to be paid at the end of the stay after checking the units consumed.

The residence and the pools are safe, there are wide pedestrian walkways to circulate and a private exit located at the bottom of the garden allows you to get to the beach faster.
The residential building is located just 300 meters from the extensive sandy beach of La Pineda along its promenade, where showers, lifeguard posts, beach bars, small shops, etc. are installed. And very close to the tourist center of the coastal town, close to all kinds of amenities, services and activities, including the Aquopolis water park, the Aquum spa and bus stops.

Very good service. There was one misunderstanding with the keys on the first day, however we received full compensation for that night. When there were any questionsproblems, for example, with the Internet, they were immediately quickly corrected. Very pleased. Next time we will also use the services of your company.
