Functional rental with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
The spacious apartment consists of two bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, large fridge and freezer, microwave, etc.) with a window open to the living-dining room furnished with a dining set, sofa bed, television and large windows to access the large terrace furnished with table, chairs and roller awning to enjoy the views of a small and quiet street below and the surroundings of La Pineda.
As an optional service to be requested in advance, the accommodation offers bed linen (sheets and shower towels) at € 10 / person.
The rental does not have parking, however La Pineda offers a large public parking close to the residence and the parking spaces around the residence are also free.
The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator inside a beautiful and safe residence with access ramps whose extensive communal area has swimming pools for adults and children, fountains, paddle tennis courts, miniature golf, petanque, basketball and football courts, ping-pong table, large green space and playground.
The residencial complex is situated 300 meters from the beach of La Pineda with fine sand, crystal clear waters, a very gentle slope perfect for young children, beach bars and lifeguards, and from the residence you can access to playgrounds, shops and services and to the lively center of the coastal city with its leisure activities.
The Aquopolis water park and the Aquum spa center are just minutes away. And about 5 minutes by car, bus or tourist train is Salou and its PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park.
