The apartment is distributed in a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, television and windows to access the terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub, a closet with the washing machine and cleaning materials and at the end of the corridor is a door that opens to the kitchen completely equipped (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, etc.) that has a large roll-up window that opens to the living room furnished with a dining set, sofa bed, ceiling fan, television and some windows with access to the veranda-type terrace to be able to open and/or close the windows to your liking, furnished with a table, chairs, curtains and a folding parasol to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the park with fountains and a children's play area.
To increase comfort, the accommodation includes air conditioning with one device installed in the living room and another in the bedroom. And as an optional service the possibility of a private parking space located about 100 meters away in a neighboring residence for € 10 / day.
Apartment located on the sixth floor with elevator inside a quiet residence located in a privileged area in front of a long beach with fine sand, crystal clear waters, a very gentle slope perfect for young children, beach bars and lifeguards, also from the residence you can access by walking to playgrounds, shops and services as well as the lively center of the coastal city with its leisure activities.
The Aquopolis water park and the Aquum spa center are just minutes away. And about 5 minutes by car, bus or tourist train is Salou and its PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park.
