Quality apartment with terrace, located within a family residence with green spaces, swimming pool for adults and children, and about 300 meters from the beach and the center of La Pineda.
Accommodation with capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people on vacation.
The apartment is distributed in a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and windows with pool views, the second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes and a baby cot (if necessary). In the same hallway as the bedrooms is the full bathroom with shower and bidet. In the other area of the house is the fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, orange juicer, etc.) and with an open serving hatch to the dining room, giving greater comfort to the space. The living room furnished with a double sofa bed, two armchairs and a television, has windows to access the terrace equipped with an outdoor dining set, curtain and folding awning for the hottest hours, this terrace offers a beautiful view of the community area with its green gardens, fountains and swimming pool.
For greater comfort, the accommodation includes WiFi and parking. As optional services to be requested in advance are the air conditioning at €50/week (a device in the corridor and another in the living room) and bedding (sheets and shower towels) at €10/person.
The apartment is located on the third floor with a lift, inside a well-kept residence that offers a large communal swimming pool divided into an adult pool with an island with a palm tree and plants, and a pool for children, there are also outdoor showers and a large green area with grass, palm trees, a fountain and 2 petanque courts.
The residential building has an ideal location since it is very close to the beach of La Pineda implemented with showers and beach bars, with its pedestrian promenade lined with shops, parks, etc. and the tourist center of the coastal city where all kinds of services and shops are installed. Within walking distance there is also the Aquopolis water park located in front of the promenade and a few minutes by car or bus the PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park in Salou.
Ideal rental to enjoy a large and beautiful pool and green areas, as well as the ease of walking to the beach and activities.

La Pineda is a very beautiful coastal city that is part of the Costa Dorada area, it is located 100 km south of Barcelona, 8 km from Tarragona whose "Tarraco archaeological site" in front of the beach, is considered an Heritage of the Humanity by Unesco. 10 km away are the cities of Reus, known for its Gaudí museum, its architecture and numerous shopping streets; and Cambrils with its beautiful fishing port and yacht club.
