Very nice, modern and renovated apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It is a spacious, comfortable and elegant apartment. Ideal for stays of families or groups of working adults.
It has all the comforts and equipment you may need: air conditioning, heating, WIFI internet, ...
In addition, it has a large balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy the view.
The apartment is located in front of the GRAN VIA 2 of Hospitalet next to the Gran Via de Barcelona. It is 10 minutes by rail or bus from Plaza España in Barcelona or 20-25 minutes from Plaza Catalunya.
The tourist tax of 1€ per person per night is not included in the price. This amount should be paid on the arrival for people from 17 years old and just for the first 7 nights of the stay.
Car PARKING very close to the apartment. To pay apart from the rental price.
It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are a few basic main rules:
- Keep the apartment in perfect conditions.
- Do not smoke in the apartment.
- Do not disturb neighbours, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- Do not stay more people in the apartment than the number of registered guests of the reservation.

In addition, our staff is equipped with protective materials that prevent the transmission of the virus.

El problema eléctrico sin duda es un grandísimo inconveniente, aunque habían más radiadores solo pudimos poner 2 porque si no saltaban los automáticos, por suerte solo éramos 2 adultos y una niña y pudimos apañarnos con los dos radiadores. Los mueblesee more

Los muebles de los baños ya están tan viejos que aunque se limpiaban los baños a diario los muebles soltaban trocitos de madera y dejaban los suelos sucios. No hay donde tender la ropa y tampoco hay secadora...
