Le four est bon à changer et une climatisation serait appréciable car nous avons eu des nuits très chaudes sans aucun air malgré les fenêtres ouvertes.

Al estar en la planta baja, los gatos de la zona tienen por costumbre colarse en el apartamento.
Disponer de algún sistema de climatización para poder cerrar las ventanas y así evitar el acceso a los gatos.

La ubicación es excelente, està muy cerca del puerto, de la playa y hay una piscina. Al lado hay una cafetería, varios restaurantes. El apartamento es amplio, es un bajo con una terraza grande.
