The apartment is distributed in two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one with double bed and the other with a bunk bed (2 single beds), a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped and modern kitchen (oven, dishwasher, etc.) with a window that opens onto the living room equipped with its dining room set, a double sofa bed, television and large windows for access the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, and with clear views of Cambrils. In the living room there is a spiral staircase to access the private solarium equipped with a swing, outdoor dining set, parasol, sun loungers and with panoramic views of Cambrils.
To complete the comfort the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning by integrated ducts, satellite, bedding and shower towels, a private parking space and three bicycles available.
Located on the fourth floor with elevator inside a very well maintained family residence that offers a large outdoor swimming pool with lawn and ping-pong table.
The residential building is quiet and familiar, it belongs to the Horta de Santa María urbanization, known for its easy access to the beaches with lifeguards and beach bars; nearby are playgrounds, ice cream parlors, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
Cambrils has a beautiful pedestrian and cyclist promenade that runs through the town from north to south, and you can even go to Salou. You can also walk to the beautiful old town.
