It has 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed and 1 bedroom with a trundle bed. The apartment also has a bathroom, a typical kitchen of the time but fully equipped, and a living room with sea views and direct access to the beach.
It is surrounded by many wonderful Spanish restaurants where you can try all the best dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
Being located on the promenade and close to the bars, it can have some noise typical of the summer bustle, but the bedrooms are interior and you can rest practically without noise. Behind the house there is a small interior patio that allows the house to be perfectly ventilated from both sides.
It is a unique experience to spend your holidays in an authentic fishermen's house in Calafell.
For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€200) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
