L'emplacement est idéal, à côté des Halles et à 5min des plages. L'appartement est très pratique avec tout ce qu'il faut sur place et la véranda est très agréable par beau comme par mauvais temps

La terrasse était assez sale en arrivant mais la femme de ménage est repassée pour la nettoyer.

Pour l'encombrement de quelques placards: en effet, c'est un appartement occupé par les propriétaires une grande partie de l'année, ils enlèvent beaucoup de choses mais il en reste malgré tout... Nous verrons avec eux s'ils peuvent trier un peu plus. Bien à vous.
