The apartment has 4 bright double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed with capacity up to 10 people, 2 full bathrooms and a separate kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, WIFI high speed internet and TV. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, gas hob, oven and microwave. The towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.

The building has a shared roof terrace with amazing views to Ciutadella Park and to Barcelona. Besides, it has an elevator and washers and dryers for clothes.

This apartment is located in one of the best areas to visit and live in Barcelona. Is just in front of the Ciutadella park and has magnificent views of the park from the communal terrace. The Parc de Ciutadella is the best, largest and most central park of Barcelona, the lung of Barcelona. It is ideal for walking, playing with children, jogging, or relaxing under the trees. Next to the apartment is also located the Born neighbourhood that has numerous restaurants of all kinds, shops of local designers, Picasso museum, centre cultural del Born, etc., It is a very nice neighborhood. A little further is the Gothic quarter, the historical centre of Barcelona, the noble area where you can breathe the history of the city. In addition, the beaches of Barcelona are only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The neighborhood has many shops, restaurants, bars and services for a pleasant stay. There are two metro stops close to the apartment, the stops of the line 1 (Arc de Triomf) and line 4 (Villa Olimpica and Bogatell). In short, the situation of the apartment is excellent, ideal to visit Barcelona.

It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are a few basic main rules:

- ONLY families or couple can book and stay in the apartment.
- Keep the apartment in perfect conditions.
- Do not smoke in the apartment.
- Do not disturb neighbours, especially at night (23:00 to 9:00)
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- Do not stay more people in the apartment than the number of registered guests of the reservation nor invite other people to the apartment or terrace.
- Rooftop shared terrace available from 9:00 to 23:00

The tourist tax of 4€ per person per night is not included in the price. This amount should be paid on the arrival for people from 17 years old and just for the first 7 nights of the stay.

As the new epidemiological virus (coronavirus) has come up we have reinforced the actions of DISINFECTANT CLEANING of certain elements of the APARTMENT such as the door knobs, controls remote, buttons, taps, levers, handles to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of our apartments.

In addition, our staff is equipped with protective materials that prevent the transmission of the virus.
